There are an estimated six million “COLAGErs” nationwide (children of at least one LGBTQ+ parent or caregiver) and each of them deserve a safe, inclusive space to be themselves, the tools to create a just society, and a voice to share their stories. We are uniquely poised to ensure that future generations belong to respected and valued families and communities.
For 35 years, COLAGE has been a national leader in the LGBTQ+ movement by focusing on a very special mission: the unity and empowerment of people with LGBTQ+ parents or caregivers. We invite you to join us as a partner in our work.
Help us hire a full-time staff. By the end of Family Week 2025, we’re hoping to raise $125,000 to hire a Program Director and bring the Policy Manager to full time. For a one of a kind, national organization, this should be small potatoes, but we know it takes all of us. Each donation counts.
